Contact with your Feelings

When pain knocks on our door let your tears soothe it.


We often avoid crying, thinking that we should be strong; and we associate crying with weakness. I would like to bring a new possibility of what crying can to do to help you. When we cry, we can let our emotions come out, offering relief. We can also meditate if we are hiding any unnecessary suffering, or we can see the same situation from a different perspective. So, use crying wisely.
